Jones Day advised a leading global technology distributor in relation to (i) its procurement of business outsourcing services from a leading service provider, and (ii) subsequent claims in relation to US$14 million of losses arising from breaches by the service provider, which led to the termination of the agreement and settlement on commercially advantageous terms.
