Jones Day advised Acciona Inmobiliaria S.L. from an urban planning and civil perspective in connection with the acquisition of a plot of land with a surfaces area of 11,200 sq. m located in the Valdebebas area (Madrid). The plot has a buildable area of 32,000 sq. m and the value of the deal is 142 million.
