Client(s) Merchant banking firm and Fortress Credit Corp.

Jones Day represented a merchant banking firm and Fortress Credit Corp. in connection with a secured credit facility provided to Win Systems, an international developer of gaming machines software and manufacturer of gaming machines. The credit facility was secured by local collateral of various subsidiaries of Win Systems Group in the USA, Mexico, Spain, Peru, Slovenia, and Malta.
