Jones Day advised Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd. in the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Invertek Drives Ltd. ("Invertek"). Invertek makes variable frequency drives which are used to control motors in a variety of industrial, commercial, and energy saving applications.
