Jones Day advised Ace Management, a private equity investor specializing in strategic industries and technologies, on the formation of Ace Aéro Partenaires, a new investment fund dedicated to supporting and strengthening the aerospace industry. After an initial closing with total commitments of €630 million, the fund is targeting a size of €1 billion.
