Indivior successfully resolves matter with DOJ

Client(s) Indivior Inc.

Jones Day defended Indivior Inc. in an indicted case brought by DOJ in the Western District of Virginia. The case concerned the marketing of Suboxone, an FDA approved treatment for opioid abuse. The Firm obtained a complete dismissal of the twenty-eight count indictment against Indivior and obtained a favorable resolution for a subsidiary entity.
