Jones Day advised Cypress Group Holdings, Inc., a property and casualty insurance holding company with wholly-owned downstream operating entities in Florida, Texas, Louisiana and South Carolina, in the sale of the majority of Cypress and certain affiliated companies to funds managed by Milestone Partners.
