Jones Day represented Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, in connection with a $685 million construction loan to the developers of the Gaylord Pacific convention center and hotel. The redevelopment project, which is the largest hotel construction project currently in the United States, will include approximately 1,600 hotel rooms, a large parking structure and a convention center consisting of approximately 275,000 square feet of meeting space on the bayfront in Chula Vista, California.
