Large logistics provider defeats DOJ immigration-related investigation

Jones Day obtained a declination by the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, following an investigation into alleged unfair immigration-related employment practices of its client, a large logistics provider. The result was a complete victory for our client because the Department of Justice ended its investigation without filing a complaint and without entering into any settlement agreement with our client.
