Chemtronics resolves patent infringement claims involving touch screen technology

Client(s) Chemtronics Co. Ltd.

Jones Day represented Chemtronics Co., Ltd. against a competitor in a patent infringement case in the Eastern District of Texas. Plaintiff alleged infringement of three patents related to touch screen technology. After Chemtronics successfully instituted inter partes review (IPR) of the three asserted patents before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), the parties settled the dispute.
