Client(s) Joint monitors of Corin USA

Jones Day advised Chad Griffin and Geoff Rowley of FRP Advisory Trading Limited in their capacity as joint monitors of Corin USA's Part A1 moratorium. Backed by the Permira funds, the Corin Group acquired OMNI Orthopaedics Inc., a pioneer in robotic-assisted knee replacements, in 2019. As part of a wider restructuring of the Corin Group, the moratorium facilitated successful negotiations with Corin USA's creditors, thereby avoiding the company being forced into administration.
