On behalf of one of the most profitable German private banks, Jones Day drafted memoranda to document its synthetic risk transfer (SRT) by way of credit insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR). The underlying secured commercial claims were previously acquired by our client.
