Client(s) Whitestone Group SA

Jones Day advised Whitestone Group SA in the acquisition of 69% of Lambda-X Ophthalmics SRL, a global leader in ophthalmic metrology based in Belgium.

The remaining capital has been acquired by management (17%) and Invest.BW (14%).
