CREI sells all shares in PH1 Holding FZ-LLC

Jones Day is advising CREI Management Services FZE in the sale of 100% of the shares of PH1 Holding FZ-LLC, a UAE-based entity and the parent company of Communication and Renewable Energy Infrastructure CREI Phils Inc. in the Philippines, to Frontier Tower Associates Philippines Inc., a KKR portfolio company.

CREI Phils owns a portfolio of over 400 towers in the Philippines. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions including approval from the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC), expected in the first quarter of 2025.
