Rick Deane:

Aaron talked about seeing a lawyer, Charles, who looked like him. Well, it wasn't long that I came to the firm and I met a lawyer who looked like me and I mean it just... We just hit it off and we've been fast friends since. that lawyer was Mickey Pohl. Mickey looks like me, in terms of that he works hard, he's a wonderful trial lawyer, he gives it his all, but he knows how to have a good time and appreciate interacting with people and just having fun with people, but always being professional. Professional excellence, there's nothing short of that, that will get you through, particularly in a big firm. And I felt that way and I met Mickey early on and I could see that we were kindred spirits in many ways. And so all of that long story, is why I came and more importantly, I think is why I've stayed and it's been a wonderful experience.
