Jonathan S.Alamir

Jonathan Alamir is a commercial litigator with experience in complex disputes involving equity, fraud, fiduciary duties, and insolvency law.

Jonathan's recent experience includes a contentious cross-border dispute involving claims for fraud and fiduciary breaches. Jonathan has litigated in domestic and foreign courts under laws of the United States, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Jonathan also maintains an active pro bono practice. He represents eligible low-income tenants in eviction hearings through Cleveland's Right to Counsel program. In addition, he participates in the Firm's Border Project to provide on-the-ground legal support to asylum clients at detention facilities in Laredo, Texas.

In community matters, Jonathan serves on the board of directors at The Arora Foundation, a local nonprofit working towards improving childhood education in underserved communities.
