Nicolas Aalberg represents clients in commercial litigation. He regularly litigates cases around the country arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and has experience bringing and defending preliminary injunction proceedings. His experience involves conducting legal research and drafting motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
Nicolas maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing Minnesotans in criminal expungement proceedings and counseling asylum seekers through Jones Day's Border Project.
Prior to attending law school, Nicolas worked at the U.S. Department of Defense and as a computer engineer at another large law firm.
