Sarah Anwar focuses her practice on intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent litigation and trade secrets matters. She has worked on matters for clients in district court, particularly in the Southern District of New York. Sarah draws on her background in biology to assist with matters across a variety of industries especially matters involving pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Her litigation experience includes extensive discovery matters and motion practice.
Sarah also has an active pro bono practice with Kids In Need of Defense, providing immigration counseling and representation to unaccompanied minors seeking asylum and special status in the United States.
