Cameron Baker advises clients on the life cycle of litigation, from compliance counseling and investigations to multijurisdictional product liability matters, complex consumer class actions, and unfair business practices cases.
Cameron's experience in these matters extends to all litigation phases, including attacks at the pleadings and summary judgment stages, class certification, pretrial discovery, witness preparation, and settlement. He has also counseled technology and financial services companies on general compliance with and internal investigations involving the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Cameron maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting asylum seekers through U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services proceedings, and he was part of a team that secured the dismissal of removal proceedings for a client. He also sits on the board of the AIDS Legal Referral Panel (ALRP), a nonprofit dedicated to providing free and low-cost legal services to people with HIV/AIDs in the San Francisco Bay Area.
