Scott Bailey has extensive experience representing public and private companies, private equity firms, and other strategic clients in corporate transactions, particularly in the energy sector. He has worked on several acquisitions and divestitures in the energy space that were in excess of $1 billion and on equity investments and other corporate transactions on behalf of some of the largest institutional investors.

Scott regularly advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures to develop cold storage facilities, and commercial transactions and other investments. He also has experience advising clients on corporate governance matters, securitizations of oil and gas assets, capital market transactions, real estate matters, corporate restructurings, and chapter 11 reorganizations.
