Silvia Beggiato advises Italian and international primary real estate players in domestic and cross-border real estate transactions, with a special focus on the development and the construction sectors.
She has extensive experience in acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and development of a wide range of real estate asset classes (for investors and for end-users). Her practice covers all sectors of real estate including logistics, retail, commercial, industrial, and hospitality. Silvia regularly deals with the administrative aspects related to the authorization processes for the development and construction of real estate complexes.
She also has significant experience in real estate financing transactions, primarily loans regarding UTPs (unlikely-to-pay bank loans), NPLs (nonperforming loans), and green loans, and has provided assistance on the real estate aspects of market-first real estate assets securitizations.
Silvia represents several clients in pro bono matters involving human rights and gender violence and discrimination. In addition, she has been a speaker at ESG (environmental, social, governance) conventions and seminars.
