Aurélie Camard's practice focuses on private, domestic, and cross-border M&A transactions, advising French and foreign clients on acquisitions, divestments, mergers, carve-outs, strategic alliances, and joint ventures. Aurélie's practice also includes general corporate and contractual law matters.
Aurélie has represented clients in various industries for more than 10 years, notably in the energy, manufacturing, chemical, and life sciences sectors.
In the energy sector, Aurélie advised EDF on a strategic joint venture project with Abraxas Power Corp. to develop a green hydrogen and green ammonia production in Canada.
Aurélie's recent representative matters also include advising a leading chemical company on the creation of joint ventures to build, supply, and operate a recycling facility in France; representation of a European ammunition manufacturer in the acquisition of a French company with several manufacturing sites across the world; as well as representation of a leading pharmaceutical company in the divestment of product portfolios and manufacturing sites.
In addition, Aurélie has significant experience in the new technologies and financial services sectors, advising clients on a wide range of M&A and corporate law matters.
