Amandine has more than 20 years of experience in the project and energy regulatory sectors, both domestic and in Francophone Africa. Amandine also advises energy companies and industrial companies on the energy transition and on the opportunities arising from the transformation of the EU electricity and gas markets.

Amandine focuses her practice on energy and infrastructure projects in France and French-speaking Africa, advising sponsors, investors, and financial institutions on the legal and regulatory issues related to the development, acquisition, construction, and financing of multisourced energy projects. She assists clients on regulatory and project matters involving renewable energies (wind, solar, biomass, cogeneration, hydroelectricity, and hydrogen) and traditional energies (nuclear, combined cycle gas turbine [CCGT], and gas).

Amandine provides sound and forward-looking legal advice to clients, handling legal risks analysis through the carrying out of vendor or seller due diligences; reviewing, drafting, and negotiating project contracts, including EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) and O&M (operations and maintenance) contracts; as well as drafting and negotiating offtake/supply contracts including corporate PPAs (power purchase agreements) and feedstock contracts.
