Luke Ekstrom represents corporations and individuals in complex civil litigation and investigations. He has experience representing some of the world's largest corporations in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, including claim evaluation, discovery, dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
Luke is actively involved in pro bono. He recently was part of a Jones Day team that prevailed in the Texas Supreme Court on behalf of a disabled Air Force veteran. As a summer associate, he contributed to an amicus brief filed in the Fifth Circuit of Appeals on behalf of a disability rights association.
