Jean-Gabriel Griboul has extensive experience in venture and growth capital, private equity, public and private M&A, and capital markets transactions. Jean-Gabriel primarily represents high-growth listed and unlisted companies, their managers, as well as the private equity and industrial investors that finance them. He has acted as principal lawyer in a significant number of early to late-stage financing rounds, M&A transactions, initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, tender offers, and private placements, mainly for technology, fintech, and life sciences companies.
Jean-Gabriel's recent experience includes the representations of: Adikteev, Doctolib, Fintecture, PayFit, Paylead, Snapshift, Swapcard, Unseenlabs, Voodoo, Planity, ChapsVision, Adocia, and Nanobiotix. His recent investor-side representations include: Elaia Partners, Portage Ventures (Sagard), Daphni, Omnes Capital, Seventure Partners, Index Ventures, BNP Paribas, Bpifrance, Invus, Creadev, New Alpha Asset Management, Open CNP, Orange Ventures, and Tikehau.
Examples of the transactions in which Jean-Gabriel has acted as lead lawyer include: all financing rounds and M&A transactions completed by Swile; the Nasdaq IPO of Nanobiotix; ChapsVision tender offer on Coheris; the sale of Prestashop to MBE; and the sale of Drivy to Getaround.
