Kevin Ganley represents clients in complex litigation and criminal and internal investigations. Kevin's wide-ranging practice covers trade secrets, securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, the False Claims Act, and the Anti-Kickback Statute. He has experience in various stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, and trial preparation.
Kevin also has written articles on topics covering reverse engineering trade secrets and causation in cases involving claims brought under the False Claims Act predicated on Anti-Kickback Statute violations.
