Vito Giannola represents clients in litigation relating to products liability and complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts. He leverages his experience as a former federal law clerk at both the trial and appellate levels to represent clients at various stages of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, motion practice, legal research, brief writing, trial preparation, and appeals.
Vito maintains an active pro bono practice. Most recently, he submitted an amicus brief to the Ohio Supreme Court in support of a defendant in post-conviction proceedings and represented an immigrant working her way through the immigration system.
Vito also serves as a board member of P.A.L.S. for Healing, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families who have suffered trauma or loss, and as the president of the Young Professionals Advisory Committee of the Cleveland Council on World Affairs.
