蕭律師之執業範圍主要是各類紛爭解決和ESG（環境、社會和治理）實踐。其近期曾協助跨國能源企業處理因股權所衍生之民事訟爭，並協助知名科技公司處理有關職業災害之行政訴願，並為外國國戶提供諮詢，解決台灣國內之法遵問題。
此外，蕭律師亦協助全球客戶ESG事務，包括評估與代理投票指南中之ESG條款，以及審查可能適用於客戶的台灣ESG法規。
