Joshua Ha focuses on motions practice and appellate advocacy. Prior to rejoining Jones Day in 2024, Joshua served as a law clerk to Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. of the United States Supreme Court. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Steven J. Menashi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to Judge Britt C. Grant of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
