Ryan Hill advises on a wide range of high-value commercial real estate transactions. In particular, he has substantial experience advising clients on complex development transactions involving forward funding and forward purchase structures.

Representative transactions include advising on the sale of the iQ Group to Blackstone for £4.66 billion, the acquisition by Ares Management of a portfolio of hotels from Land Securities, MARK Capital on the mixed-use redevelopment of The Whiteley, London together with many forward funding transactions in the build-to-rent (BTR) and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors for Greystar and Cortland Partners.
