Dr. Sarah Jabri focuses her practice on public and environmental law, with a concentration on large-scale building projects and renewable energy projects. Additionally, she has experience in regulatory and product safety law.

Sarah supports clients in project development in the areas of office, commercial, and residential real estate, including revitalization of existing buildings. Her practice extends to the negotiation of urban development contracts and neighboring agreements, including supporting planning procedures, and she advises clients on public law issues relating to real estate and M&A transactions.

Sarah advises on a range of environmental law matters such as the approval of plants, compliance issues, and environmental liability. Sarah has experience in the fields of energy law and renewable energies, especially in the approval of substantial solar systems and advising on renewable energy building standards in new development projects.

In addition, Sarah has an extensive track record in litigating cases concerning building permits and preliminary planning permits before administrative courts and legal review proceedings aimed at defeating urban development plans before Higher Administrative Courts.
