Carly Leopold represents large corporations and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her experience includes managing all aspects of fact and expert discovery, legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. She also regularly serves as lead counsel on cases around the country involving claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
In addition, Carly maintains an active pro bono practice that includes handling a detainee's Section 1983 civil rights case.
