李品嫺律師就協助國內外客戶進行跨國與境內企業併購、私募基金投資、及一般公司法律事務擁有豐富經驗，為提供客戶更完整的法律服務，李律師執業範圍亦包含金融與資本市場相關案件， 並協助客戶處理全球反壟斷調查。她也曾代表客戶取得台灣離岸風場案。李律師中英文均極為流利。

李律師曾經手各式產業之國內外客戶法律諮商與交易，包含能源業、汽車業、金融業、媒體業、醫藥業、不動產、製造業、民生用品及高科技產業，除提供相關金融產業、併購交易與公司法務諮詢外，李律師就公平交易競爭法領域，諸如結合、多層次傳銷、以及跨國之全球反托拉斯調查亦有豐富經驗。
