Lauren Murtagh's practice focuses on cybersecurity and data privacy matters, including data breach investigations and compliance.
Lauren has experience in various stages of civil litigation and government investigations, including managing document review, interviewing witnesses, researching legal issues, and drafting motions. Lauren also advises clients on data breach responses, including fact investigation, notification, and other legal obligations.
Lauren maintains an active pro bono practice. She represents clients from Central American countries seeking asylum in the United States.
