Nicole Newman focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation and intellectual property due diligence and portfolio analysis.
Nicole has experience representing clients in federal court cases involving copyright infringement, trade dress infringement, and misappropriation of trade secrets. She also conducts intellectual property due diligence and advises clients on patent, trademark, and copyright issues in corporate transactions and technology agreements.
Nicole maintains an active pro bono practice advocating for veterans through the Firm's VetLex initiative.
