Jackie Odom's practice focuses on the employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions for public and private companies. Jackie has experience preparing employment agreements, equity and incentive arrangements, separation agreements, and documentation related to the golden parachute payment tax implications of executive compensation arrangements in private company transactions. She advises clients regarding the administration and compliance of employee benefit plans, programs, and arrangements with the Internal Revenue Code and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
