Ariel Pinsky represents and counsels clients involved in high-stakes civil litigation in state and federal courts nationwide. Ariel's practice centers on products liability defense, mass torts, and complex commercial disputes. Ariel has experience across many aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including drafting dispositive motions, briefing and arguing evidentiary issues, preparing witnesses and materials for depositions and presentation at trial, and managing offensive and defensive discovery. Ariel has been a member of multiple trial teams in cases tried to verdict.
Ariel also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on asylum representation through Jones Day's Border Project and assisting clients with pardon applications through the Georgia Justice Project.
Ariel serves on the board of directors for Special Olympics Georgia and sits on the Jurisprudence Committee of ADL Southeast (Anti-Defamation League).
