Sean Skedzielewski represents clients in state attorney general actions and complex civil litigation. He counsels clients in mass torts, chapter 11 bankruptcy, international breach of contract claims, and claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA).
Sean has experience preparing motions in state and federal courts and works closely with clients to understand their business practices. He also maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in family court and custody matters.
Prior to attending law school, Sean worked as an adjunct professor of philosophy at several colleges in New Jersey.
