Emily Tujaka represents and counsels clients in a variety of complex litigation matters.
Emily has experience representing corporate clients in a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) matters, and a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation related to opioid dispensing and distribution practices.
Emily maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently completing an investigation involving police misconduct and assisting individuals seeking asylum in U.S. immigration courts.
