Vinicio Trombetti

Vinicio Trombetti's practice is concentrated on banking, capital markets, and structured finance, with particular experience in securitizations, covered bonds, debt capital markets (DCMs), and portfolio acquisitions.

He is experienced in structured finance transactions involving different asset classes, including consumer and auto loans, salary secured loans (CQS), small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) loans, leasing, nonperforming loans (NPLs), and trade receivables.

Vinicio has 20 years of experience across a broad range of structures with bespoke or unusual features, including synthetic securitizations, real estate assets securitizations, and other innovative transactions, with a strong focus also on related regulatory matters.

Vinicio is a regular speaker at conferences on securitizations and structured finance and writes articles on these topics as well, which have appeared in many publications.
