Will Taylor is a trial lawyer focused on complex commercial litigation, with a particular concentration on representing clients in the energy and construction industries. He has substantial trial experience representing contractors, owners, design professionals, and energy companies in state and federal courts throughout the country and arbitral forums throughout the world.

Recently, Will successfully represented owners and contractors in multibillion dollar disputes regarding the construction of LNG (liquefied natural gas), petrochemical, oil and gas, and renewable projects in Texas and Louisiana. He has experience in all sectors of the energy industry, including upstream (onshore and offshore), midstream, downstream (refining and petrochemicals), oil and gas trading operations, and renewables. While seconded to a major refining and petrochemical company, Will managed a wide variety of litigation matters for the company.

Will also has first-chair trial experience in a number of other industries, including health care and financial services. He serves as the lead lawyer in individual and class action cases brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act in state and federal courts throughout the country.

Will is actively involved in pro bono matters, including volunteering as a prosecutor for the City of Houston, where he successfully tried more than a dozen cases to juries. He serves as co-chair of the American Bar Association's Environmental & Energy Litigation Committee. He is also an Eagle Scout and a current leader in the Boy Scouts of America.
