Allie Wainwright represents debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in out-of-court restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings.
Allie advises entities facing financial distress, from local businesses to multistate industry leaders, and represents them throughout the restructuring process. Her practice involves renegotiating key contracts, guiding entities through out-of-court dissolutions, and representing entities in chapter 7 and 11 proceedings.
Allie also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing migrants seeking asylum in the United States, and serves as co-chair of the LGBTQ+ Subcommittee of the Cleveland Office's Diversity Committee.
