Brandon Winchel's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. He has experience in several aspects of trial and appellate litigation, including fact investigation and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Before joining Jones Day in 2023, Brandon served as a law clerk to Judge Michael B. Brennan on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and worked for a nonprofit law firm in Washington, D.C. representing clients with constitutional and statutory claims in various federal district and appellate courts.
