Daniel Zozaya represents and advises clients across a wide range of complex real estate matters and transactions. His practice includes joint venture and private equity fund formation, along with the disposition, acquisition, financing, development, and management of multiple real estate assets and properties across the hospitality, industrial, mixed-use, single-family residential, multifamily, office, and retail sectors.
In addition to his real estate practice, Daniel previously worked on deals involving executive compensation, capital markets, ESG (environmental, social, and governance), and general corporate law matters.
