Jones Day assisted Sofinnova Partners S.A. in its purchase of €3 million (US $3.9 million) of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock in a private placement by Neosens, a company that offers innovative, cost effective sensor solutions for monitoring the presence of biofilm, scale and dissolved oxygen in industrial and commercial cooling systems, pulp and paper processing, food and beverage, and ultrapure water applications.
