Jones Day represented SunTrust Bank, Atlanta as the Executor of the Estate of Margaret Mitchell's brother when unique correspondence and papers involving the book and movie "Gone With the Wind" were offered for sale by a broker who purchased the papers from a party claiming his father had discovered the papers among auctioned property in the 1970s.
