Jones Day counseled Goode Partners LLC in connection with its purchase of Secured Subordinated Notes and Preferred Stock in a private placement by Skullcandy Inc., a designer and producer of headphones, earbuds, hands free devices, and related audio-enabled lifestyle products. In addition to our private equity representation, Jones Day also advised in connection with the financing and IP aspects of this transaction.
