Jones Day leads Yamaha's defense of Rhino cases and claims pending in the United States. The Firm marshalled a massive effort to learn a legal and factual record dating back to 2003 and earlier.

Jones Day is currently acting as lead counsel in various state court actions, the federal multidistrict litigation proceedings in the Western District of Kentucky and the Georgia-coordinated proceedings in Gwinnett County, and the Firm is co-lead counsel in the California Judicial Coordination Proceedings in Orange County. It monitors and coordinates the national defense in numerous additional pending suits.
