Generation Estates enters into student housing joint venture with Carlyle Real Estate Partners

Jones Day represented Generation Estates Limited on the formation of a joint venture with Carlyle Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment fund, which intends to acquire at least four student housing sites comprised of 1,850 beds with a total value of about £350 million. Jones Day also acted on the acquisition of the sites.
