Jones Day represented affiliates of WL Ross & Co. LLC in connection with a block trade of Common Stock of The Greenbrier Companies, Inc., a leading international supplier of transportation equipment and services to the railroad industry. The shares were acquired by the cashless net exercise of warrants for purchase of Greenbrier Common Stock.
